Our providers combine digital healthcare with in-person care depending on the situation and your availability. We strive to make sure you can meet your health and wellness goals without spending time in office waiting rooms, whenever possible.
With a network of partners, we simplify access to lab work, diagnostics, specialists, medical equipment and common and rare medications. While we cannot verify your specific insurance coverage for partner services, we confirm the in-network/out-of-network or uncovered status for all referrals to simplify your choice for partner service providers.
We don't know what is best for you as a patient, so we don't say we're better.
But we do value your time and schedule appointments using digital health or by having our providers come to you where you are to prevent you needing to wait in waiting rooms. We also make sure your healthcare is managed by the same provider for the long-haul so you don't need to explain yourself again and again. Lastly, our office staff are trained to be your patient health concierge so we never forget that we are here to serve your needs as a patient and make sure you have whatever information you need to achieve your health and wellness goals.
Unless it is a serious emergency that requires 9-1-1, he simplest way to think about it is that we want to be your first healthcare call. We treat all primary and urgent care needs, but we don't want you to worry about what that means. Rather, our patients call us anytime they need something and we will either take care of things ourselves or triage the issue and provide a referral so you know exactly where you need to go and it can happen quickly.
We educate our patients to call 9-1-1 if there is a serious emergency to prevent delays of any kind.
We come to you where you are, digitally or in-person. You tell us the best address for your treatment. We don't like wasting time driving to offices and then waiting in the waiting room for an appointment, so our practice is designed to avoid that waiting room time.
Our cost for you depends on whether you have insurance, pay cash per visit or prefer to have a provider on-call for you with our monthly subscription service.
WITH INSURANCE COVERAGE: If you have insurance to cover primary care, urgent care services and mental health support, we cost the amount your insurance company advises us to charge you based on your plan and policy coverage. First and foremost, we are a primary care practice and that's how we charge your insurance.
